Designing for Professional Workflows
The challenge in working on professional-grade software is discovering ways to balance deep functionality with usability. At Blackmagic Design, I worked across high-end creative software like DaVinci Resolve and ATEM control applications for live streaming, designing intuitive user interfaces for complex professional environments. These tools are used globally by filmmakers, broadcasters and creators who demand clarity, speed and trust in every interaction.

My goal was to design interfaces that empower professionals and hobbyists alike to work faster and more creatively. That meant building user interfaces that disappear when needed, interfaces that feel natural, responsive and consistent across different devices. From video editing to live production and streaming, the aim was to always support focus, flow and creativity.
